For real. At the very least there should be designated street parking for two-wheeled vehicles that have some sort of post to lock the bike to. A lot of mopeds and scooters can be easily stolen and that's why people park them on the sidewalk.

No kidding. Taking the monorail to the public library and then eventually to the International District would make a lot of sense. That connects at least four huge tourists attractions to the mode of transportation that Seattle is known for. Not only would it increase tourist ridership, it would be a convenient method to get from the south end to the north end for Seattle residents. Just having those stops would connect the Seattle Center to the downtown shopping district, to the library, to the train stations and the sports stadiums. Good call.
