Replace the Viaduct with a Tunnel 
The Viaduct is an eyesore and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. In addition, it is aging and may not survive the next earthquake. Lets seize the opportunity to create a vibrant new waterfront community with a viaduct tunnel.

Replace the Viaduct with a New One 
Everyone loves the viaduct. Replace it now with a better one! It'll be cheaper, and we'll still have a alternate North/South alternate to the I5 mess.

More Commuter Lanes! 
Seattle's traffic situation is horrible. The city needs more commuter lanes to handle the flow of traffic better.
