Tax Incentives for Green Business

With the mayor's latest climate initiatives, there needs to be more incentives (tax breaks, etc) for businesses in the city that enable green initiatives.

I like the idea, but how do they determine what level they give the tax break to and which businesses meet that level?

Buying green energy is a good start. Also, selling products that align with Seattle's climate goals.
