Granted we don't get a lot of sunny days but when we do, it's awfully hard to find an open court. Plus, there's only a handful of lighted courts in King County.
Follow the lead of cities like London and make people pay to drive within the downtown corridor of Seattle, thereby reducing congestion and getting more cars off the road
