With the mayor's latest climate initiatives, there needs to be more incentives (tax breaks, etc) for businesses in the city that enable green initiatives.
As the owner of a scooter shop in Seattle, Sound Speed Scooters, I of course agree. Security is one issue, but in addition, it just makes no sense for a small bike to take up parking of an entire car parking spot!
